Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes the practices of JJOPentester and related applications, including JJO VPN.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY US
Information gained during penetration testing engagements are stored on a local, encrypted drive where physical access is required to read client data. This could include, but not limited to information such as company name, personnel contact details, penetration testing reports and details of vulnerabilities identified during testing.
JJOPentester guarantees a strict no-logs policy for JJO VPN services. This means that your details of Internet activities are not recorded or saved in any form on our servers. This provides the safest level of protection from data leakage we can offer to customers using our VPN services. Note that once you are connected to any one of our VPN servers, your traffic automatically becomes encrypted in a one way algorithm that will prevent unauthorised decryption of your traffic. This would mean that your traffic are longer visible to ISPs, third-party snoopers or even cyber criminals.
JJO VPN services do not rely, sell, use, or disclose data to any third party applications that are out of our control for business operations. This means that any data that flows through our systems and business processes will not be sent to any third parties or otherwise sold for financial gain.
In exception to the policy stated above, the information we gather for operational purposes of the JJO VPN application includes:
– User credentials to the application, allowing our customers to log into their individual accounts for the purpose of connecting to our VPN servers
– A form of “isLoggedIn” status, to determine if users are current logged in for the purpose of disallowing concurrent sessions for the same user account
OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS / OUR PROMISE TO YOU
As an organisation that mainly offers cyber security services, we take our privacy acts very seriously and any attempts to breach our systems will result in actions taken in a court of law.
Note that our applications constantly go through a process of improvement, which means development of new features that could affect the policies detailed within this page. In such cases, any changes will be immediately reflected within this page. As such, we would recommend you to continuously refer to this page and monitor it to determine any changes.
